Matching Process
Now that you've completed training, our team will assess your skills, experience, and preferences to match you with a suitable client.
- We will reach out once a potential match is identified through our Precision Pairing Method.
- Once you are matched, your client will schedule an onboarding session together with your Client Success Manager.
Waiting Guidelines
While waiting for your client placement, stay engaged and ready:
- Keep refining your skills – Access Strivo’s resource hub for continuous learning.
- Be responsive – Check your email and Slack regularly for updates.
- Engage with the XP Community – Join discussions and stay connected.
- Prepare your workspace – Ensure your setup is optimized for remote work.
Setting Up Your VoIP & VPN
To ensure smooth communication and secure access, setting up your VoIP and VPN is essential.

VoIP Setup:
- Strivo provides a VoIP system for client calls and communication.
- Instructions for setup will be provided upon client assignment.
- For some cases, clients will be providing VoIP access.

VPN Setup:
- A VPN may be required for secure access to client systems.
- Our team will send you separate instructions for setting up your VPN access.
Action Required: Ensure your internet connection is stable and test your setup in advance.
Payment Method
We use Rippling for all transactions. We will send you an invitation to your personal email account to set up your Rippling.
- Action Required: Complete your payment details via Rippling.
- If you need to update your payment details, notify Aileen via Slack at least 10 days before the next payout.
Independent Contractor Agreement
Before officially starting your role, all Executive Partners must review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). This agreement outlines the terms of your engagement with Strivo, including work expectations, payment terms, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.

House Rules & Policies
To maintain professionalism and alignment with Strivo’s values, all XP’s must adhere to company policies.
- Work Schedule & Availability: Adhere to agreed-upon work hours.
- Communication: Respond promptly and professionally in all channels.
- Confidentiality & Data Security: Follow client and company data protection policies.
- Performance Expectations: Maintain productivity and deliver quality work.
XP Contractor Onboarding with HR
HR will guide you through your final onboarding steps, including:
- Payroll & Contract Discussion
- Benefits & Compliance Discussion
- XP House Rules Discussion
- Performance Evaluation Guidelines
Action Required: Please schedule your XP Contractor Onboarding with HR.
Client Onboarding
Once matched with a client, you will go through the onboarding process, which includes:
- Prior to your Onboarding, your Client Success Manager will schedule an Onboarding rehearsal with you.
- A Kickoff Meeting with your executive and your Client Success Manager.

Review your Onboarding Checklist and Rehearsal and prepare any necessary documentation before your scheduled onboarding session.
